Advisory, training and implementation for the age of AI search.

We help leadership understand how AI assistants and search engines describe their organisation, give their teams the skills to act, and, where useful, deliver the work ourselves.

01

Consultation

For boards, chief executives and heads of marketing, communications or investment promotion.

Before deciding what to do, leadership needs to know where the organisation stands: what AI assistants say about it, whether that is accurate, and who they recommend instead.

Why international audiences first

AI Visibility Assessment

We put the questions your customers, travellers or investors actually ask to the leading AI assistants and search engines, in the languages and markets that matter to you. We record what they say, where their information comes from and how you compare with peers.

What you receive

  • A written report on how you are described and recommended

  • A benchmark against peers or competing destinations

  • A briefing for leadership to agree next steps

  • Errors, gaps and outdated information, with their likely sources

  • A prioritised roadmap, sized for your team

  • A baseline to measure future progress against

02

Training

For leadership teams, and the marketing, communications and customer-facing staff who act on the roadmap.

AI search changes quickly. Lasting results come from teams who understand how it works and can keep the organisation’s information accurate long after an engagement ends.

Begins with

Executive briefing

A half-day session for leadership on how AI assistants are changing decisions in your sector, what that means for the organisation and which choices sit with leadership.

Followed by workshops on

  • How AI assistants find, judge and cite information

  • Writing content that answers real questions

  • Handling enquiries from international audiences

  • Testing what assistants say about you

  • Keeping facts consistent across every channel

  • Measuring AI visibility over time

Held in Kota Kinabalu or on site.

03

Implementation

For organisations that want the roadmap delivered, or lack the in-house capacity to deliver it.

We apply the same methods we use on our own websites, where one in four visitors now arrives from AI assistants.

What we deliver

  • Content that answers your audiences’ questions in depth

  • Monthly tracking of what AI assistants say about you

  • Corrections to inaccurate information at its source

  • Quarterly reports for leadership

Enquiry Desk

Being recommended only matters if the enquiries that follow are answered well. Our own enquiry management system captures every enquiry, flags urgent ones by date and makes sure every person is followed up, so new demand is not lost.

Questions

Common questions

If your question is not here, we are happy to discuss it.

How is AI search advisory different from SEO?

SEO aims to rank a website among ten links. AI assistants usually give one answer, drawn from many sources, including what others publish about you. AI search advisory looks at how the organisation is described and recommended across those sources, not only at its own website's ranking.

Do we need a new website?

Usually not. Most improvements come from clearer, more complete and more consistent information, on the existing website and in the places AI assistants draw from.

Which AI assistants do you assess?

The assistants your audiences use most, typically ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, tested in the languages and markets that matter to you.

Can you guarantee that AI assistants will recommend us?

No one can honestly guarantee that. What can be done is to measure how assistants describe you today, fix what is inaccurate or missing, and track the change month by month.

Do you work outside Sabah?

Yes. We are based in Kota Kinabalu and work with organisations across Malaysia. Briefings and workshops can be held in Kota Kinabalu or on site.

Is the Enquiry Desk only for tourism?

No. It suits any organisation that receives enquiries from overseas and needs every one captured, prioritised and answered, including institutions, clinics and investment agencies.
