Mudah Templates Sdn Bhd is an AI search advisory firm based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We help organisations understand how AI assistants and search engines shape the decisions of the people they serve, and we help their teams act on it.
The firm
Advice backed by our own results
Much of what is said about AI search is opinion. We prefer evidence, so we operate our own digital assets and test our methods on them before we advise anyone else.
Our portfolio of destination websites connects overseas travellers with licensed Sabah tour operators. It funds the firm, and it is where we learn what works: which content AI assistants rely on, which audiences arrive through them, and what it takes to turn their interest into business. On those websites, one in four visitors now arrives from AI assistants.
That experience shapes our advisory work for organisations serving international audiences, in tourism and hospitality, investment promotion, international education, medical travel and government.

Clarentino is a Sabah-born computer scientist and entrepreneur who has spent more than fifteen years helping organisations build demand online.
His foundation is technical. He conducted artificial intelligence research at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, developed database applications for port operations in a government-linked environment and lectured in information technology. He has since founded and led a digital company in Sabah for more than a decade, serving organisations in finance, property, healthcare and tourism.
He founded Mudah Templates Sdn Bhd after seeing, in his own businesses, how quickly overseas audiences were turning to AI assistants to decide where to go and whom to trust. His Master’s in Human Resource Management informs the other half of the work: helping leaders and teams adopt new technology in ways that last.
